Jen earned her BBA in Marketing with a minor in Electronic Business Design from Western Michigan University. Early in her career, she discovered a passion for data-driven strategy while working in-house for a manufacturing company, an experience that shaped her analytical approach to marketing.
She later refined her expertise at a fast-paced agency, where she managed multi-channel campaigns, developed strategic content initiatives, and delivered measurable growth for clients. Known for combining creativity with performance insights, Jen focuses on building content that not only ranks but resonates.
Today, she continues to help organizations strengthen their digital presence through thoughtful strategy and high-quality editorial work. Her approach is grounded in clarity, accuracy, and reader value, ensuring every piece of content serves a meaningful purpose.

While he officially wears the “part-time” hat, John’s support and insight are a big part of what makes New Hill Marketing run smoothly, especially when it comes to scaling ad campaigns or brainstorming new approaches.
